"Let All That You Do Be Done In Love" Navy Totes for Summer! {NOW TAKING PRE-ORDERS + PROMO CODE}

I'm so excited to announce that Lovely Dwelling Design's canvas totes are back! Our bags were a big hit at Christmas, when we offered two different bags, and with your help we sold out. I really fell in love with the smaller canvas bag and wished I'd kept one for myself. I knew we had to offer these again!

We have a new design that I'm so happy with! It's just perfect for summer! They are the perfect touch as a reusable gift bag to fill with goodies for a friend or to carry around to work, Bible study, or the library. (I have to bring several bags these days when we hit up the library for summer reading!)

Another feature I love about the canvas tote is that it is deep (5"). Go check it out here and let me know what you think! These bags are LIMITED EDITION, so please don't wait to get yours!

Check out all the summer essentials you can carry with you in this lovely tote!

Or for to the library to check off that summer reading list!

BONUS: If you pre-order now, get 25% off retail price with code NAVYTOTE25. **Orders of TWO OR MORE through June 29 get these awesome bags for just $10 a piece!! {Orders will be adjusted after payment is processed.)

Please go ahead and share this with your friends or go to our Facebook Page to like us and share what's new at Lovely Dwelling Design!

{Thumb} Body Loves You + Freebies Part 2 {Printables}

Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails.
1 Corinthians 13:4-8

So it's exactly one week until Valentine's Day and our cards to our family are already in the mail!
(I just might have stayed up until 12:30 a.m. to put the finishing touches on them.) We took advantage of a snow day to be a little crafty (and a little messy). After doing a little web searching I came up with an idea, changed it around a bit, and ended up with this.

Aren't my boys' thumbs so cute?!

I created the words in Photoshop. Then printed this on my Canon color printer. The boys of course helped with the most important part, and yes, #2's hands looked a bit bloody by the end. Then I cut out the scalloped edge matting on patterned paper with my Silhouette Cameo. Some arms, legs, a face, a little glue and it's done!

Valentine's Freebies, Part 2

This time I'm making both of these 5x7 {Love}ly Art Prints available to for you to print at home. (Each PDF contains three color options.) What a great gift to include with your kids' Valentines to a grandparent, teacher or neighbor! I've really enjoyed coming up with these designs this month and hope you enjoy them too!

{Both are available as an 8x10 print in my shop.}

Valentine's Freebies {Part 1, DIY Love iPhone Cover}

I'm so excited about Part 1 of my series of "Love" Freebies for Valentine's Day!

Back in November I upgraded my smartphone to an iPhone and began searching for a nice looking cover. I wanted something fun and stylish but didn't really want to commit to anything expensive as my tastes tend to change on a whim. So I opted for a clear cover that was on sale at Staples for $10 — with the intention of putting my own design inside the cover.

Fast-forward to February and I finally got around to giving it a try! It literally took me 10 minutes or less. I found a tutorial and template online, printed it out, trimmed it, cut a hole for the camera and inserted it into my case. When my husband saw it, he asked me when I bought a new iPhone case. Score!! He thought I spent money on it!

My gift to you is a template to create a Love-themed cover for your iPhone 4s, iPhone 5 or Android phone. All you need is a color printer, a sheet of card stock or matte photo paper (that's what I used), and a clear phone cover. Then follow the directions on the PDF. It's really as simple as trimming and inserting it inside your case.

Download your templates for iPhone 4s, iPhone 5 or Android.

If you aren't into making a custom phone case, don't worry! I've have some more freebies and printables lined up for this week. Please subscribe to my blog by typing your email address into the box to the right so these goodies will show up in your inbox!

Enjoy!
Erin
